Inspiced

All your recipes in one place

Inspiced collects recipes from anywhere — websites, Instagram, TikTok, screenshots, or photos of cookbook pages — into one private, searchable collection.

What is Inspiced?

Inspiced is a recipe manager for iPhone and web that lets you save recipes from any source into your own collection. On import, ingredients, quantities, steps and timings are recognised and stored as structured fields. Your collection is private, ad-free, and readable offline.

What Inspiced does

Import from any website

Paste a link and Inspiced extracts the title, ingredients with quantities and units, steps, timings and the image. Works with Swiss recipe sites in German, French and Italian.

Digitise your cookbooks

Photograph a cookbook page or a handwritten recipe card. The text is recognised and placed into the same structured fields as a web import.

Save recipes from social media

A recipe in an Instagram reel or TikTok disappears into the feed. Share it instead and it lands permanently in your collection.

Structured, not a wall of text

Ingredients are stored as quantity, unit and name rather than free text, so servings can be rescaled and steps can reference specific ingredients.

Private and ad-free

Only you see your collection. You can share a single recipe by link; nothing else is public. No ads and no life story before the recipe.

Offline in the kitchen

Recipes sync to the device and stay readable without a connection — useful in kitchens with poor reception.

Inspiced and the Swiss recipe portals

FOOBY, Migusto, Betty Bossi and Swissmilk are publishers: each shows you its own catalogue. Inspiced is a collector — your recipes from all of them sit side by side, along with those from cookbooks, family notes and social media. One does not replace the other.

Frequently asked questions

Can I save FOOBY or Betty Bossi recipes in Inspiced?
Yes. Paste the recipe's address and Inspiced pulls the ingredients, steps and image into your collection. The original recipe stays linked so you can return to the source. Your copy is private and visible only to you.
How do I digitise a printed cookbook?
Photograph the page in the iPhone app. Inspiced recognises the text and creates ingredients and steps as structured fields you can then correct. For a whole cookbook it is best to work page by page.
Does Inspiced work in German, French and Italian?
Yes. Inspiced handles recipes in all three national languages plus English, and recognises metric and Swiss-typical measures. The language of an imported recipe is detected and preserved automatically.
What does Inspiced cost?
You can start for free and build your collection. The app is available for iPhone and iPad on the App Store and as a web app in the browser, both synced with the same account.
Are my recipes publicly visible?
No. Your collection is private by default. If you want to share a recipe you generate a link: only that recipe becomes reachable through the link, and everything else stays private.

Start with your next recipe

Most collections start from one recipe that would otherwise have vanished into bookmarks. Import one and see how it feels.
